Particularly practical is the private sink directly in the room. Multiple light sources also create a pleasant atmosphere in the evening, and sufficient power outlets are, of course, available.

Another highlight is the high-quality renovated bathroom with a modern rain shower. Care has been taken to provide amenities that go well beyond what one typically associates with a classic student dormitory.

Outside your own room, the house offers quite a bit. The large communal kitchen is a popular meeting place for residents. The dormitory mainly houses female students between the ages of 18 and 25. We want a real community to develop here rather than just living anonymously next to each other. Those who enjoy cooking together or just chatting in the kitchen or hallway will quickly find connections. At the same time, of course, each resident has her own retreat and the necessary privacy.
