The women's student dormitory by Aasee is a modern, privately run Student dormitory in Münster for female students. 53 rooms are available at affordable rents available in a fantastic, central, and quiet location. Thanks to the redesign of the house and its outdoor areas, it offers residents an ideal place to study. The house is not just a residential building, but a home with a social structure. New residents quickly find connections and friends within the house. We are a large shared flat, fostering quick friendships within the house. Our 53 residents offer ample opportunities to forge new friendships. This is a significant advantage compared to a 'small' shared flat.
No, the female student residence at Aasee is an independent private run independent residence. The house belongs neither to the Student Services Münster AöR, nor to the Bischöfliches Studierendenwerk Münster gGmbH. Therefore, interested female students must apply directly with us apply.
Female students aged 16 and over who are enrolled at a German higher education institution are enrolled. It is recommended to participate in the residence's application process even before matriculation. We also accept dual Female students and female exchange students.
All stated prices are for inclusive rent. It is a flat-rate rent that already includes all utility costs (e.g., electricity, water, heating, Wi-Fi, etc.). No separate utility bills will be issued. Additionally, there are the Costs for the individual use of the washing machines and dryers.
Furthermore, you must pay the GEZ fee (no matter where you live in Münster). However, you can share these costs with your female flatmates.
In Münster, there are two student corporations for female students. Our house is not one of these student corporations. We do not host fencing competitions.
