Believing they were securing a contract with us, these students transferred deposits to other European countries outside Germany (Poland). The fraud was only discovered when they arrived at our doorstep with their packed suitcases to collect their keys.
Please be careful not to fall victim to fraudsters. When concluding a rental agreement, we communicate exclusively via our official dormitory email address and the official dormitory WhatsApp number. Other contact methods or payment requests are a clear indication of fraud.
We occasionally advertise our dormitory on other portals. However, you will only receive a rental agreement (after review and availability) if you have officially applied through our application portal. We explicitly state this to protect students and prevent fraudsters from making money in our name.
