You want to furnish your room yourself but still not miss out on the most important fixed features? Then Room No. 39 is a particularly interesting option.

The deluxe room is located on the 3rd floor and offers you plenty of space to design your personal living area according to your own ideas. Unlike many of our fully furnished rooms, Room No. 39 is initially offered as partially furnished.

Already available are spacious built-in wardrobes that provide ample storage space for clothes and personal items. The room also has its own washbasin. This is particularly convenient in the mornings or evenings, as you do not have to go to the communal areas for that.

You can bring your own bed, desk, and other furniture, allowing you to design the room entirely to your own taste. If you prefer to move in directly without having to worry about furniture, that is also possible. For an additional fee, Room No. 39 can be offered fully furnished.

Why is the room cheaper?

The new showers on the floor are currently still being completed. For this reason, Room No. 39 is currently being offered at a deliberately lower price.

The toilets on the floor are already fully usable. To shower, simply go one floor down. There you will find a modern renovated bathroom with a high-quality rain shower available. Thus, for the lower rental price, you only need to take the short walk to the floor below.

Limited rental due to roof work

A roof renewal is planned for the year 2027. Therefore, Room No. 39 is initially rented for a limited period.

If you feel comfortable with us and would like to stay in the house after the expiration of the limited period, there is generally the possibility to move into another available room within the dormitory. Whether and which rooms will be available at that time will, of course, depend on the current availability at that time.

Shared kitchen and garden

The dormitory has a large communal kitchen that is not only used for cooking. Here, you meet after university, chat spontaneously with other residents, or spend an evening together.

The garden in the quiet courtyard also belongs to the house. In summer, you can study here, sunbathe, grill with other residents, or simply spend some time in nature.

At the same time, you are of course not obliged to do anything. If you need your peace or want to study for an exam, you can retreat to your own room at any time.

No cleaning schedule

You can do without a classic shared apartment cleaning schedule with us. The communal areas such as hallways, kitchen, and bathrooms are regularly cleaned by a cleaning staff. The costs for this are already included in the rent.

In the basement, there are also washing machines and dryers available for use for a small fee. Additionally, there is a drying cellar where you can dry your laundry without a dryer.

Fiber optic internet included

Fast internet is of course included with us. The rent already includes fiber optic internet with up to 1 GB/s via Wi-Fi. This means you are well-equipped for online lectures, video calls, streaming, and the normal digital study routine.

Your own bicycle parking space No. 39

Your room includes a personal bicycle parking space with the number 39 directly in front of the house. The bicycle area is monitored by video surveillance, so you can conveniently and securely park your bike right at the dormitory.

Just a few minutes to Aasee and the city center

The location of the dormitory is one of its biggest advantages. Aasee is about two minutes away. Especially in summer, it is particularly nice to spend some time by the water after university, go jogging, or meet friends at the lake.

You can also reach the city center within a few minutes by bike or bus. Less than 100 meters from the front door, there is a bus stop with ring line connections. Offenbergstraße itself is a quiet side street with well-kept green front gardens.

The dormitory mainly houses female students between the ages of 18 and 25. The shared living experience is relaxed and uncomplicated. People meet in the kitchen, chat in the hallway, or occasionally cook together. At the same time, each resident has her own retreat and the necessary privacy.

Room No. 39 is therefore particularly interesting for female students looking for a spacious deluxe room at an attractive price and who want to remain flexible in furnishing. You decide whether to bring your own furniture or take over the room fully furnished for an additional fee.
