Deluxe Room No. 40 in the Student Dormitory at Aasee Münster – Spacious Room at an Attractive Special Price
Room No. 40 is a generous and fully furnished deluxe room on the 3rd floor of the Student Dormitory at Aasee. The room offers plenty of space, a private sink, built-in wardrobes, and complete furnishings. Due to ongoing work on the showers on this floor, the room is currently offered at a lower price. A modern shower is available one floor down. The toilets on your own floor can already be used normally.
Do you want to live spaciously, value good amenities, and at the same time benefit from a particularly attractive rental price? Then Room No. 40 might be just right for you.
The deluxe room is located on the 3rd floor and offers plenty of space for living, studying, and relaxing. It is fully furnished and ready for immediate occupancy. The amenities include a comfortable bed, a large desk with an office chair, practical built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space, and a private sink directly in the room.
Multiple light sources ensure a pleasant atmosphere at any time of the day. There are also plenty of power outlets, so your laptop, smartphone, tablet, and other devices can easily find their place.
Why is Room No. 40 cheaper?
The new showers on the floor are still being completed. Therefore, we are currently offering the room at a deliberately lower price. The toilets on the floor are already functioning normally. For showering, you simply go one floor down, where a modern renovated bathroom with a rain shower is available.
This way, you get a large deluxe room at particularly attractive conditions and only have to accept the short walk to the shower on the lower floor for a transitional period.
Limited rental with possible perspective in the house
A roof renewal is planned for 2027. For this reason, Room No. 40 will initially be rented out for a limited time. When the limitation ends and you would like to continue living with us, there is generally the possibility to move to another available room within the house. The specific availability, of course, depends on the rooms available at that time.
Community and Amenities
In addition to your own room, a large communal kitchen is available to you. Here, cooking, chatting, or just hanging out after university is done together. The shared living experience in the house is relaxed and uncomplicated. Those looking for company will quickly find connections. At the same time, you can retreat to your own room at any time if you want to study or simply need some peace and quiet.
The garden in the quiet courtyard also belongs to the house. Especially in summer, it is a nice place to sunbathe, study, grill, or enjoy a relaxed afternoon with other residents.
In the basement, there are washing machines and dryers that can be used for a small fee. If you want to save on the dryer, you can alternatively hang your laundry in the drying cellar.
By the way, a classic cleaning schedule is not part of our shared living routine. The communal areas such as hallways, kitchen, and bathrooms are regularly cleaned by a cleaning service. This service is already included in the rent.
Fast Internet included
Fiber optic internet with up to 1 GB/s via WLAN is already included in the rent. This makes online lectures, video calls, streaming, and Netflix evenings easily possible.
Your own bicycle parking space
Directly in front of the house, bicycle parking space No. 40 belongs to your room. The bicycle area is video-monitored, allowing you to conveniently park your bike right in front of the house.
Living directly at Aasee
One of the biggest advantages is the location. Aasee is reachable in about two minutes. Whether jogging, walking, studying by the water, or just hanging out with friends, the lake is practically right at your doorstep.
You can also reach the city center of Münster by bike or bus within a few minutes. Less than 100 meters from the house, there is a bus stop where the ring line stops, among others. Offenbergstraße itself is a quiet side street with well-kept green front gardens.
The dormitory mainly houses female students between the ages of 18 and 25. The atmosphere is open and communal, without compromising personal privacy.
Room No. 40 is therefore particularly interesting for female students looking for a large deluxe room and wanting to save on rent. Due to the temporarily unfinished showers on the floor and the planned roof renovation, you receive the room at more favorable conditions without having to forgo the essential advantages of the house, the high-quality furnishings, and the excellent location at Aasee.
