Deluxe Room No. 47 at the Student Dormitory at Aasee, Münster – Spacious living with USM Haller furnishings (PHOTOS TO FOLLOW! The room layout is the same as Room 32)
Room No. 47 is a spacious deluxe room on the 3rd floor of the Student Dormitory at Aasee. The room is offered partially furnished and already includes built-in wardrobes, a private washbasin, and a high-quality USM Haller desk. Upon request, the room can be fully furnished for an additional fee. Due to the unfinished showers on the floor, Room No. 47 is currently offered at a particularly attractive price.
Room No. 47 is the right choice for female students looking for a bit more space, high-quality basic furnishings, and flexibility in their own decor.
The deluxe room is located on the 3rd floor and is initially offered partially furnished. This allows you to bring your own furniture and personal style without having to forgo important features.
Generous built-in wardrobes are already available, providing plenty of storage space for clothing and personal items. Particularly practical is the private washbasin directly in the room. Another highlight is the high-quality desk from USM Haller. This gives you a stylish and durable workspace for studying, home office, and exam preparation.
If you do not wish to bring your own furniture, that is also not a problem. For an additional fee, Room No. 47 can be furnished, allowing you to move in with your personal belongings almost immediately.
Attractive price during the transition period
Room No. 47 is currently being offered at a deliberately lower price because the new showers on the 3rd floor are not yet completed.
The toilets on your floor are already functioning normally. For showering, you only need to go one floor down. There you will find a modern renovated bathroom with a high-quality rain shower. The short additional distance is taken into account with the lower rent and makes the room particularly interesting for price-conscious female students.
Limited rental with the option for later room change
A roof renewal is planned for 2027. For this reason, Room No. 47 is initially rented for a limited time.
If you would like to continue living with us after the expiration of the limited period, there is generally the possibility to move to another available room within the house. Which rooms will be available then depends, of course, on the respective availability.
Large communal kitchen and garden
The house includes a spacious communal kitchen. It is not only for cooking but also one of the places where residents naturally meet. Sometimes they cook together, sometimes they sit together after university or just have spontaneous conversations.
In the quiet courtyard, there is also our garden. Especially in summer, it is perfect for sunbathing, studying, barbecuing, or enjoying a relaxed afternoon with other residents.
Of course, you can retreat to your own room at any time. The mix of community and privacy makes living in the house particularly pleasant.
No cleaning schedule and practical laundry room
You can skip classic shared flat discussions about the cleaning schedule with us. The communal areas such as the kitchen, hallways, and bathrooms are regularly cleaned by a cleaning staff. This service is already included in the rent.
In the basement, there are washing machines and dryers that can be used for a small fee. Additionally, a drying room is available.
Fiber optic internet up to 1 GB/s included
You also don’t have to worry about the internet. Fiber optic internet up to 1 GB/s via Wi-Fi is already included in the rent. This allows online lectures, video calls, streaming, and digital student life to function seamlessly.
Your own bicycle parking space No. 47
Right in front of the house, the bicycle parking space with the number 47 belongs to your room. The bicycle area is monitored by video surveillance and offers you a practical way to park your bike directly at the dormitory.
Only a few minutes from Aasee
The location of the house is particularly attractive for female students. You only need about two minutes to get to Aasee. Whether jogging, walking, studying by the water, or enjoying a relaxed summer evening with friends, the lake is practically right at your doorstep.
You can also reach the city center within a few minutes by bike or bus. Less than 100 meters from the house, there is a bus stop with ring line connections. Offenbergstraße itself is a quiet side street with well-kept green front gardens.
The dormitory is mainly home to female students between the ages of 18 and 25. Living together is relaxed and uncomplicated. Those who enjoy company quickly find connections. At the same time, it is of course respected if someone needs their peace or wants to study in concentration.
Room No. 47 thus combines a spacious deluxe room with an unusually high-quality basic furnishing and an attractive price. Especially the USM Haller desk, the built-in wardrobes, and the private washbasin set the room apart from classic student rooms. At the same time, you can decide whether to bring your own furniture or take over the room fully furnished for an additional fee.
