Superior Room No. 49 at the Student Dormitory at Aasee Münster – Flexible living at an attractive price

Room No. 49 is a cozy superior room on the 3rd floor of the Student Dormitory at Aasee. The room is offered partially furnished and already includes practical built-in wardrobes as well as a private washbasin. If you wish to move in without your own furniture, the room can also be furnished for an additional fee. Due to ongoing work on the showers on this floor, Room No. 49 is currently being offered at particularly attractive conditions.

Room No. 49 is ideal for female students looking for a well-equipped room in an excellent location while wanting to remain flexible with the furnishings. Located on the 3rd floor, you live somewhat away from the hustle and bustle of the ground floor and have a pleasant retreat for your study life.

The room is already equipped with fixed built-in wardrobes, providing you with plenty of storage space for clothes, books, and personal items from the start. Additionally, the private washbasin directly in the room offers you extra independence in your daily life.

You have the choice for further furnishings. You can bring your own furniture and design Room No. 49 according to your personal taste. If you prefer a hassle-free move-in, the room can also be offered furnished for an additional fee.

Affordable living during the transition period

Currently, Room No. 49 is being offered at a lower price. The reason for this is simply explained: The new showers on the 3rd floor are not yet completed.

The toilets on your floor are already available as normal. For showering, you temporarily go one floor down. There, you will find a modern renovated bathroom with a rain shower.

If you don't mind this small detour in your daily routine, you have the opportunity to live in close proximity to Aasee at particularly attractive conditions.

Temporary room with perspective in the house

The renewal of the roof is planned for 2027. For this reason, Room No. 49 is initially rented on a temporary basis.

However, this does not automatically mean that your time with us has to end afterward. If you would like to stay in the dormitory, there is generally the possibility to move to another available room within the house after the expiration of the temporary lease. Which rooms are available at that time depends on the respective availability.

Living together while still having privacy

The dormitory is divided into shared corridors, providing a nice mix of personal retreat and community. In the large communal kitchen, people naturally meet. Here, cooking, chatting, or just hanging out after university happens automatically.

The house mainly accommodates female students aged between 18 and 25. The atmosphere of living together is relaxed and uncomplicated. We do not want an anonymous purpose-driven shared living environment, but at the same time, no one is required to spend every evening together. If you want to study or simply need some quiet time, you can retreat to your room at any time.

The garden in the quiet courtyard also belongs to the house. Especially in summer, it is perfect for sunbathing, studying, barbecuing, or enjoying a relaxed afternoon in nature.

No cleaning schedule

Who doesn't know the discussion about who has to clean the kitchen or bathroom this week? You can skip that here. The communal areas such as the kitchen, corridors, and bathrooms are regularly cleaned by a cleaning staff. The costs for this are already included in the rent.

In the basement, there are also washing machines and dryers that can be used for a small fee. If you prefer to hang your laundry, you can use the drying cellar for that.

Fiber optic internet already included

You also don't have to worry about your own internet connection. The house offers fiber optic internet with up to 1 GB/s via Wi-Fi, which is already included in the rent. This allows for seamless online lectures, video calls, streaming, and Netflix evenings.

Your bike gets its own spot

Room No. 49 comes with bike parking space No. 49 directly in front of the house. The bike area is under video surveillance, so you can conveniently park your bike right next to the dormitory.

Aasee practically at your doorstep

A major advantage is the location of the dormitory. You can reach Aasee in about two minutes. This gives you one of the most beautiful recreational opportunities in Münster practically right at your doorstep.

The city center is also quickly accessible. By bike or bus, it takes only a few minutes. Less than 100 meters from the house, there is a bus stop where the ring line stops, among others. Offenbergstraße itself is a quiet side street with well-kept green front gardens.

Room No. 49 is therefore an interesting option for female students who want to live centrally and close to Aasee while keeping an eye on the price. The partially furnished rental gives you a lot of freedom in designing your own home. If you prefer it to be uncomplicated, you can also take over the room furnished for an additional fee.
