GREAT PEOPLE AT THE MÜNSTER STUDENT DORMITORY
We have 53 female students from various departments living here. Students studying to become teachers make up the largest proportion of residents. However, many other fields of study are also represented. Life in the shared flats here is super relaxed and uncomplicated. At our student dormitory in Münster, you can choose between two different room types.
Rents are all-inclusive (warm rent). Electricity, heating costs, internet, and water are therefore already included. You won't find any hidden additional costs at your student dormitory in Münster. The rooms are equipped with everything you need for living and studying. Additionally, we want to make it clear that we do not rent rooms to male students in our building.
Some time ago, fraudsters used photos from our website to create fake property listings on various platforms and entered into supposed rental agreements (especially with Indian students). Believing they were securing a contract with us, these students transferred deposits to other European countries outside Germany (Poland). The fraud was only discovered when they arrived at our doorstep with their packed suitcases to collect their keys.
Please be careful not to fall victim to fraudsters. When concluding a rental agreement, we communicate exclusively via our official dormitory email address and the official dormitory WhatsApp number. Other contact methods or payment requests are a clear indication of fraud.
We occasionally advertise our dormitory on other portals. However, you will only receive a rental agreement (after review and availability) if you have officially applied through our application portal. We explicitly state this to protect students and prevent fraudsters from making money in our name.
